HG-9028 Dyeing Machine Controller

HG-9028 dyeing machine controller adopts advanced 32-bit MPU control system, with fast computation and processing speed, stable performance and large capacity storage. It can record a large number of processes. In addition, it has USB interfaces and communication interfaces, which makes data transmission convenient; besides, the temperature control is accurate and temperature holding is stable.

   Display：It adopts 320×240 pixels color display screen.
  
   Storage：It has a large storage space which can store 200 different processes, each process contains a program with 200 steps. It can also record 100 complete production process curves and 200 alarms.
  
   Language：Both Chinese and English are available. Process name can be programmed in Chinese.
  
   Input signal：4-channel PT100 temperature measuring input，6-channel 4—20mA analog input，2-channel high speed pulse input，8-channel switch input.
  
   Output signal：4-channel 4-20mA analog output，24-channel relay output. There could be 64-channel switches of input and out if it connects with PLC. All of switching values, analogs and outputs can be customized.
  
   Communication：It provides 2 communication interfaces (RS485), to connect a variety of PLC as well as the monitoring system.
 
  Temperature accuracy：control accuracy 0.1℃，Thermal insulation static:±0.5℃，
